As a user of this Website, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Website and its Content strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend this license at any time for any reason without prior notice.

2. Relationship to Services Agreements

These Terms of Use apply to all site visitors (“Visitors”). To the extent a Visitor is or becomes an authorized corporate customer accessing our production portal under an executed Master Services Agreement or Client Services Agreement (“Services Agreement”), the specific terms, conditions, warranties, and data processing terms of that written Services Agreement shall govern and supersede these Terms of Use in the event of any conflict.

3. Acceptable Use & Operational Restrictions

• Internal Business Purpose: Content and tools provided on this Website are strictly for authorized institutional and internal business purposes and may not be commercially exploited, resold, or sublicensed.
  • Reverse Engineering & Tampering: You may not decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, extract source code, scrape, or probe system architecture.
  • Automated Scrapers & Bots: The use of robots, spiders, scrapers, automated scripts, or excessive automated request tools without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.
  • System Integrity: You agree not to inject malicious code, malware, viruses, or malformed data packets into the Website, portal forms, or file transfer endpoints.

• User accounts are strictly individual and may not be shared, loaned, or pooled across multiple personnel.
• Authorized users are required to comply with all multi-factor authentication (MFA) protocols and maintain password confidentiality.
• You must immediately notify LifeStatus360 at [email protected] if you suspect credential compromise or unauthorized portal access.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN AN EXECUTED SERVICES AGREEMENT, THIS WEBSITE AND ALL ASSOCIATED SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. THE COMPANY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, STATUTORY, EXPRESS, OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT WEBSITE FUNCTIONS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LIFESTATUS360, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR SYSTEM INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS WEBSITE, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY SHALL BE LIMITED TO $100.00.

10. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Venue

These Terms of Use shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any action, proceeding, or dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use shall be filed exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
